Tuleyome lecture looks at bats

Join bat expert and founder of NorCal Bats, Corky Quirk, for an evening full of bat information at 7 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 27, in the Leake Room of the Woodland Public Library, 250 First St. in Woodland.

In addition to educating us about what bats live in this area, what role they have in the environment here, what challenges they face and what you can do to help, Quirk will be bringing live animals.

A $10 donation to Tuleyome is requested but is not required to participate in this event.
